The following wines are for the adventurous souls who have mastered the art of sabrage, or opening a Champagne bottle with a saber. Here is your next Champagne skill, and if you master this level, you truly are the Champagne Kings and Queens of the world. The Movia Puro wines, which have been made famous locally by disgorgement performances at 13 Celsius for years, are iconic Slovenian Champagne Method styles that are aged for 48 months on lees. However, there's a purist twist.  These are commercially released without disgorgement, meaning the bottles still contain the yeasty lees that originally fermented the wine. This is to encourage the continued development, protection, and maturation of autolytic yeast flavors found in the world's best Champagnes, but in your own cellar. If you love the disgorgement tool, it's readily available for purchase from a variety of sources online, but if you buy a case, it comes with the tool! 9-BOTTLE CASE PURCHASES RECEIVE SPECIAL DISGORGEMENT CROWBAR!!! After checking out, you will receive a pickup confirmation email when the order has been pulled and packed. You can pickup your wine at our shop at 2301 Portsmouth Street in Upper Kirby, Houston.

Any wine that is ordered with a selection to pickup in San Antonio will be available for pickup in San Antonio in 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
