As such, it is no surprise they are making great wine at Caprili.  The bigger surprise is that they are still very much 'under-the-radar'!? Stylistically, the wines are in the traditional camp of Montalcino, approachable without being rustic. The generosity we attribute to their location in the warmer subzone of Tavernelle. While he's no stranger to oak, his style is not the one size fits all Brunello \u003cspan class=\"il\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eau\u003c\/span\u003e barrique approach seen elsewhere in Montalcino.
