For years, this estate has quietly stood in the shadow of Ramonet in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet. The style undoubtedly deserves your attention though. The wines are more amicable than Ramonet in their youth, but with nearly equal tension and verve. This is one of the ones to watch. At Pappas, we had tremendous experience with Grand Crus and Premiere Crus from the 1990s, but since 2014, these wines have been on a crazy climb. One taste and you will understand the mastery on exhibit here.
