De Iuliis's Semillons are classic examples of one of the world's most underrated wine styles, Hunter Valley Semillon. Light, crisp, fruity and poundable, these wines are built for the Texas heat. Hunter Valley's subtropical heat belies these wines low alcohol, high acidity, and refreshiingly easy style. The wines are harvest early in the season, slightly underripe to avoid the monsoon-like rains the region gets mid-season. Blind-Tasting approved.
