Hirtzberger's icon bottling & quite possibly Gruner Veltliner's most opulent expression. Sourced entirely from the foot of Singerreidel, adjacent to the Danube. Beyond its decadence, the wine is known for almost hyperbolic complexity- spicy watercress and fragrant tarragon layer over a funky, lees-derived vein of sourdough bread & oyster mushroom, all offering a savory counterpoint to ripe stone fruit, mango skin, ginger, and pineapple.
