Domaine Éric Morgat is located at Clos Ferrard in Savennières, in the Loire Valley. The estate was created in 1995, entirely by buying up wasteland or abandoned plots. Eric Morgat now cultivates 6 hectares of Chenin Blanc in certified organic farming. 

Fidès is made from Chenin Blanc grown on schist. It is a blend of 4 plots over 5 hectares. Aging lasts 12 months in barrels.
