Most of the parcel was planted in the 1930s, with younger vines from the 1980s at the foot; the hill is steep enough to be worked by horse, and court noue virus keeps yields from the old vines very low. The couple, Dijon-trained oenologists who planted their first vines in Courgis in 1989, have farmed organically since 2005 and add no sulfur at harvest or during vinification. Their US importer, Louis\/Dressner, was founded in 1988 around independent growers who farm their own land and ferment with native yeasts. Raised on its lees in older oak, it is a dense, structured premier cru that benefits from several years in bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"AOC Selections","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":67859605651689,"sku":"813128","price":142.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0533\/9729\/1161\/files\/White_Wine_Bottle_Blank_Background_removed_2048_x_2048.png?v=1695404214","url":"https:\/\/www.aocselections.com\/products\/2023-alice-et-olivier-de-moor-chablis-1er-cru-mont-de-milieu","provider":"AOC Selections","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
