Organic farming since 2005 and no sulfur at harvest or during vinification define the house, along with elevage in Burgundian barrels of varying ages. Louis\/Dressner, founded in 1988 by Denyse Louis and Joe Dressner around independent growers working with native yeasts and minimal additions, imports the wines.
