The 2002 Seppeltsfield Single Vintage Para Tawny is a single vintage wine that has been matured in old oak for 21 years, allowing it to develop immense complexity and showing notes of roasted nut, praline, butterscotch, and creme brulée. Treat this wine the same way you would treat a traditional Port in terms of consumption and pairing but remember: this bottle is much harder to get than your average bottle of port!
