Over the last 10-15 years, the southern Aube subregion of Champagne has become a hotspot for outstanding new Champagne producers. Vouette & Sorbée is one of the most sought after producers in the region, and has been an outspoken torchbearer for biodynamics in Champagne. They were certified for Biodynamic viticulture in 1998! He was selling grapes to the local co-op when none other than Anselme Selosse, the grower who produces the single most rare and in-demand Champagnes around, convinced him to make his own wine. All the wines are vinified in oak barrels with natural yeasts and minimum sulfur usage. Zero dosage is used here. While the Aube produces richer, warmer styles of Champagne, the low dosage tightens up the style and results in a push-pull of racy tension of rich texture. These wines are released young with the intention of allowing bottle age to slowly release a rich depth of aroma.

How do I pick up my wine?

Need your wine fast? Just call us! We can expedite the order and may have it ready in less than an hour.

Houston Orders

After checking out, you will receive a pickup confirmation email when the order has been pulled and packed. You can pickup your wine at our shop at 2301 Portsmouth Street in Upper Kirby, Houston.

San Antonio Orders

Until the new shop opens in San Antonio, we can transfer or ship wine to San Antonio. At checkout, choose Pick Up in Houston, and email us and we will transfer or ship your wine to San Antonio free of charge.
