The berries for this red wine from Spain are harvested, at the time of optimal ripeness, exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, Vi De Vila De Porrera is aged for another 24 months in oak barrels.
