About This Wine
Domaine Weinbach is an icon of Alsace, and they are leading the charge in experimenting with minimal intervention style wines and orange wines. Alsatian grapes are perfect for orange wine styles behave they have a high level of phenolics and aromatics that blossoms with a bit of skin maceration. The blend is mostly Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer, giving the resulting wine beautiful notes of grapefruit, rose water, underripe nectarine, and orange marmalade.

The palate has a tannic edge, more of that welcome apple pip bitterness, and real body.
