Join us for a special evening celebrating one of Burgundy’s most historic and revered wine estates, the Hospices de Beaune, at State of Grace. This multi-course dinner will explore the extraordinary cuvées produced from the Hospices’ storied vineyards - wines that represent centuries of philanthropy, tradition, and some of the most prized terroirs in all of Burgundy.
Founded in 1443 as a charitable hospital in Beaune, the Hospices de Beaune has been supported for generations through donations of vineyard land. Today the domaine farms roughly 60 hectares across many of Burgundy’s most important appellations, producing wines that are sold each year at the legendary Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction during the celebrated Les Trois Glorieuses weekend. These wines are purchased by leading Burgundy houses and carefully raised before being released to collectors and enthusiasts around the world.
For this rare dinner, we will taste a remarkable lineup of Hospices cuvées spanning some of Burgundy’s most iconic villages and crus—from the elegance of Volnay and the depth of Pommard to the grandeur of Corton and Mazis-Chambertin, alongside profound white Burgundies from Meursault, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Corton-Charlemagne.
Throughout the evening, each wine will be paired with dishes designed to highlight the nuance and structure that make these wines so compelling. It is a unique opportunity to explore the diversity of Burgundy through the lens of one of its most meaningful institutions—where every bottle carries both history and purpose.
