Made from 2021 base wine, the NV Brut Rosé is roughly 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir. The nose opens with classic aromas of lemons and strawberry seeds with clean and expressive aromatics. Light to medium-bodied and with succulent acidity, the palate offers a fine, frothy mousse before delivering a sturdy finish. For the price, it's hard to beat. Just over three-quarters of a million bottles were produced from stainless steel tank-fermented wine that aged for 15-18 months on the lees.
